🎀 Buccaneers vs. Jets: Preseason Recap 🏈💕

 

Football girlies, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers came back to beat the New York Jets 24–16 on August 14! 💅🏼🏈

The Jets started HOT, jumping out to a 10–0 lead, with Braelon Allen scoring on a 31-yard touchdown run. But Tampa Bay's defense quickly turned things around, including rookie Ayden Garnes, who returned an interception 47 yards for a touchdown. 👀✨

The Bucs then took control in the second half, with rookie QB Jalon Daniels throwing for 111 yards and adding a rushing touchdown. 💕 Meanwhile, rookie Jets QB Cade Klubnik impressed in his NFL debut, completing 5 of 7 passes for 56 yards and leading two scoring drives.

The Bucs definitely had the comeback moment! 🎀 Tampa's young players stepped up BIG, while Cade Klubnik gave Jets fans something exciting to talk about despite the loss. It's preseason, but these rookies are definitely going on our football-girl radar! 💅🏼🏈✨

🎀 Broncos vs. Falcons: Preseason Recap 🏈💕

 

Football girlies, the Denver Broncos had a BIG night, beating the Atlanta Falcons 27–7 on August 14. 💅🏼🏈

Denver came out flying, taking a 24–0 lead into halftime. Backup QB Jarrett Stidham had a great game, throwing for 131 yards and a touchdown, while rookie Jahdae Barron had the moment of the night with a 97-yard pick-six! 👀✨

The Falcons finally got on the board in the third quarter, but Denver's defense kept things under control for the rest of the game. 💕

The Broncos were absolutely serving in their preseason opener! 🎀 Their defense looked strong, their backups stepped up, and Atlanta definitely has some things to work on before the regular season. But remember, girlies—it's only preseason! 💅🏼🏈✨ 

🎀 Dolphins vs. Commanders: Preseason Recap 🏈💕

 

Football girlies, the Washington Commanders defeated the Miami Dolphins 20–7 on August 14 in their preseason opener. 💅🏼🏈

Miami came out HOT, with new quarterback Malik Willis leading a 93-yard opening drive that ended with De’Von Achane scoring a 1-yard touchdown. 💕✨ But after that, Washington’s defense settled in and the Commanders took control.

For Washington, Kaytron Allen had a huge night with 85 rushing yards and a touchdown, while Robert Henry Jr. added 75 rushing yards and another score. 👀🎀

The Commanders definitely had the better night, but it’s only preseason! Miami showed some exciting potential on that opening drive, while Washington’s young running backs gave fans plenty to be excited about. 💅🏼🏈✨

Football girlies, the Tennessee Titans beat the San Francisco 49ers 19–13 on August 13 in their preseason opener. 💅🏼🏈

The Titans came out strong, with Tony Pollard scoring a rushing touchdown and kicker Joey Slye having a perfect night, making all four of his field-goal attempts. 🎀✨

For San Francisco, rookie wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling was definitely one to watch, finishing with 7 catches for 63 yards. QB Kurtis Rourke also impressed early, completing 12 of 14 passes for 101 yards before leaving with a rib injury. 💕

🎀 Cardinals vs. Raiders: Preseason Recap 🏈💕

Football girlies, the Arizona Cardinals beat the Las Vegas Raiders 27–14 on August 13 in their preseason opener. 💅🏼🏈

The Raiders got things started with Kirk Cousins throwing a touchdown to Michael Mayer, but Arizona quickly answered back and took control of the game. 💕✨

One of the biggest storylines was Fernando Mendoza, who made his preseason debut for Vegas and threw a touchdown while showing off some promising potential. 👀🎀

Arizona also had a rookie to watch in Jeremiyah Love, who rushed for 58 yards and gave Cardinals fans plenty to be excited about. 💗

🎀 Chargers vs. Texans: Preseason Recap 🏈💕

 Football girlies, the Chargers had a pretty easy night! The Los Angeles Chargers defeated the Houston Texans 27–7 on August 13 in their preseason opener. 💅🏼🏈

The Chargers took control of the game while several starters, including Justin Herbert and C.J. Stroud, sat out. Amar Johnson was the star of the night, scoring two rushing touchdowns and making a huge 55-yard catch. 💕✨

For Houston, rookie tight end Marlin Klein gave fans something to be excited about with a 31-yard catch in his NFL debut. 👀🎀
